- SMTH competence and certification, with SMTH certificate of training where applicable
- Current IRSE licence
- Evidence of competence, including Sentinel record and current ATW or assessment record
- IRSE evidence, including MTPLs and SMTH log slips
- Personal Track Safety, including DCCR
- Relevant OLE briefings recorded on Sentinel
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- OLEC1, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, SPWEE, Small Tools and First Aid
- Risk assessment experience

Signalling Installers
£23,000 to £36,000
Support installation, maintenance and upgrade works across UK rail projects.
Role details
The role may include
- Installation of signalling equipment
- Support with TPWS and AWS works
- Installing new location cases
- Cable route, equipment and lineside installation
- Service, repair and fault-finding where required
- Working safely as part of a wider project team

- Previous railway signalling installation experience
- Relevant IRSE licence
- Technical signalling training
- PTS
- Right to work in the UK
- A good understanding of safe working in rail environments
Desirable
- Telecoms or multidisciplinary rail experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience on Network Rail infrastructure
- Ability to work across multiple UK sites
Signalling Team Leaders
£36,000 to £41,000
Lead site-based rail delivery, supporting safe and technically controlled signalling installation works.

The role may include
- Leading signalling installation teams on UK rail projects
- Planning, task briefings and safe delivery on site
- Installing signalling equipment, cable routes and lineside assets
- TPWS, AWS and new location case works
- Coordinating with delivery, testing and commissioning teams
- Maintaining quality, safety and productivity on site
Essential
- Previous railway signalling installation experience
- Experience leading or supervising site-based rail teams
- Relevant IRSE licence
- Technical signalling training
- PTS
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to brief, coordinate and support site teams
Desirable
- Telecoms or multidisciplinary rail experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience on Network Rail infrastructure
- Risk assessment or task briefing experience
